Ingredients to make Carrot up cakes

  • 1+1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup homemade fresh butter
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 4 cup sugar Powder
  • 1/2cup juice of carrot
  • 1 teaspoon vailla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk for mixing if needed
  • Few pieces of broken cashews n raisins

How to make Carrot up cakes

  1. Pre heat your oven
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and soda
  3. Grease the cup cake moulds if using paper moulds no need to grease them just put them in silicon moulds
  4. Beat butter with condensed milk add sugar and mix well
  5. Add essence colour and juice in it
  6. Slowly add flour mixture in to batches and beat after each addition until all of the flour is in corporate if needed use milk for mixing
  7. Pour 3/4 of all the moulds
  8. Garnish the top with nuts
  9. Put these on the baking tray
  10. Bake fr 25 to 30 mins on 170 degrees ..
  11. Check for the doneness using a toothpick and carefully transfer to the cooking rack
  12. Enjoy after cool with a cup of tea coffee or milk

My Tip:

Fill 3/4 moulds with the batter
