Ingredients to make Crispy methi mathri

  • 500 gm refined flour
  • 3 tbsp fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp carom seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
  • Plane salt to taste
  • black salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tea spoon fresh chilli garlic paste
  • 150 gm ghee
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Crispy methi mathri

  1. In the refined flour add hot ghee and mix well
  2. Add fenugreek leaves and all the ingredients and make a tight dough
  3. Put oil in the pan for deep frying on the to be heated
  4. Divide the dough 6 to 7 parts
  5. On the wooden platform roll it long with the help of hands in the cylindrical form
  6. With the help of knife cut it at the distances of 1/2-1/2 cm.
  7. Press it with your thumbs and fry it in the hot oil till golden
  8. After cooling pack it in the air tight box
