Ingredients to make Shahi tukda

  • Milk 1 liter
  • sugar 2 cup for making syrup and. 2-3tbs in rabri
  • Bread 8 pieces cut as desired
  • Dry fruits of your choice
  • ghee /oil for frying

How to make Shahi tukda

  1. First cut the bread in small triangles.
  2. Now fry them in oil/ghee till golden brown.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistensy.
  4. Dip the breadin sugar syrup.
  5. make rabri of 1 litermilk the milk will reduce to 1/4.
  6. Over the bread pieces put rabri and garnish with dryfruits.
