ABOUT Singapore Fried Rice RECIPE

This recipe is quick to make and burst with flavours of the vegetables tossed with seasoning.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup Cooked Rice
  2. 150g Chicken
  3. 2 Gralic cloves chopped
  4. 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  5. 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  6. 3 cups Vegetables (Carrots red bell pepper yellow red pepp
  7. 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
  8. 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  9. 2 tsp Sesame oil
  10. 1 Green chillies slit
  11. 1 tbsp Light Soy sauce
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and onions. Stir wll until it turns slightly brown
  2. Add the chicken and stir for a couple minutes until browned
  3. Now add the all the vegetables and mix well.
  4. Pour the rice and keep stirring for 2 mins.
  5. Add soy sauce along with chilli sauce and mix well to coat, about another 2 mins.
  6. Season with salt and green onions.
