Ingredients to make Healthy Baat Kheer(Broken Wheat DaliaPorridge)

  • milk 2 cups
  • Dalia 1 cup
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • Elachi Powder 1\2 tsp
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • Chopped almonds for garnishing
  • water 1\4 cup

How to make Healthy Baat Kheer(Broken Wheat DaliaPorridge)

  1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a cooker.Add Dalia and roast in a medium flame until brown in colour. Add water and let it boil. Close the cooker lid with whistle.Do 2,3 whistles and then off the gas Remove the lid . Let the Dalia boil
  2. It will be of thick consistency.
  3. Add milk to it and boil for5 minutes.
  4. Add Elachi powder and transfer the Kheer in a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with chopped Almonds.
