  1. 1cup besan,2 cups sugar,3 cups ghee,2 tbspalmond and time pistach flakes

Instructions

  1. In heavy bottom vessel put sugar add water to wet the sugar.aftersugarhas melted and starts bubbling add 1 cup ghee.when mixed well add Besanwhen mixed well add Besan.mix well then add 1/2 cup of ghee stir continuously slowly add 1/2 cup of ghee and stir tI'll ghee separates.pour in plate and make pieces after 5 minutes. Take out after completely cool.
