Ingredients to make Mexican crullers (churros)

  • butter 1/2 cup
  • Refined flour 2cup
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Powered sugar 1/2 cup
  • cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • White oil for frying
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • egg 2 no.
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

How to make Mexican crullers (churros)

  1. In a saucepan boil 4cup of water with salt.
  2. Add butter to it and give it a nice boil.
  3. Add refined flour to it and continuously stir it.
  4. When it becomes to a dough turn off the gas.
  5. Let it be cool.
  6. Add 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence to it. Kneed it.
  7. Hit oil in a pan.
  8. Pour the dough in a kitchen press and fry the churros.
  9. Mix with powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.
  10. Serve with chocolate sauce.
