ABOUT COCONUT LADOO RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 30

  1. 3 cup - freshly grated coconut plus more for rolling the ladoos
  2. 400 gms - sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tsp - cardamom powder (optional)
  4. 1 tsp - ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai and saute the grated coconut on low flame for few minutes without changing its color.
  2. Mix in the condensed milk and cardamom powder and stir well to combine. The mixture should leave from sides of the pan to form a dough like.
  3. Allow it to cool for sometime and make small ladoos out of it. Roll them in grated coconut and serve it. Enjoy!!!
