Ingredients to make Rava masala cake

  • Rava (semolina) 1 cup
  • Chopped vegetables(1 small capsicum, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, 2spn beans) 1/2 cup
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 son grated ginger
  • coriander leaves 2 spn
  • salt
  • 1 spn oil
  • 1 pouch eno
  • Schezwan sauce/tomato ketchup
  • Tandoori mayonnaise/ white pasta sauce
  • Desired namkeen

How to make Rava masala cake

  1. Put all the ingredients in semolina and prepare a paste (thickness like idli paste)
  2. Leave for 10 mins. Put 1 pouch eno qnd mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a microwave safe utensil and grease it with ghee.
  4. Pour the paste in it and bake for 5 -6 mins on normal heat.
  5. Take out from oven/microwave.
  6. Cut from the middle horizontally like a cake and divide into 2 layers.
  7. Spread tomato ketchup/schezwan sauce between the layers.
  8. Put one upon another. Spread tandoori mayonnaise/tomato ketchup on the topmost layer.
  9. You can spread your desired namkeen on top. I have put navratan. Cut and serve.
