Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 1/2 cup maida
  2. 50 ml melted Dalda
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. Oil or ghee for frying
  7. Sugar syrup 1 cup sugar
  8. 3/4 cup water
  9. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  10. Almonds and pistachio for decoration

Instructions

  1. Method Melt the Dalda in a mixing bowl add maida salt baking soda and curd mix well it looks like bread crumbs now add water little by little to make smooth and soft dough keep this for 30 minutes make small balls keep aside
  2. Heat the pan add enough oil for frying
  3. Take gooseberry size dough roll each between your palms and just one press. the badusha dough discs is ready for frying. For swirl bhadusha please refer shark is passion
  4. when oil is hot add badusha dough fry on a low flame till brown and crisp
  5. for syrup in a wide pan add sugar and water Cook sugar syrup until it’s thick and reaches the one-string consistency.
  6. Reduce flame to low. Switch off the flame Now add fried badusha coat well with sugar syrup decorate with almonds and pistachios
  7. sweet badusha is ready happy cooking thank you happy cooking
