Ingredients to make Carrot halwa

  • Grated carrots 2 cups
  • Milk 2 cups
  • 1 /4 tsp grated maze
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 + 1/2cup sugar
  • 3 tbs ghee
  • 100 grams kova
  • cashew 10 to 12
  • almonds 5 to 6
  • raisins 8 to 10

How to make Carrot halwa

  1. Method Heat the PAN add 1 tbsp ghee fry the carrots for 5 minutes then add milk cook until it reduces or for 15 minutes on a low flame
  2. then add kova mix well till it become smooth then add sugar maze and cardamom stir well cook until it becomes sticky
  3. add fried nuts and raisins mix well decorate with blanched almonds slices if you don't like too sweet less the sugar to 3/4 cup I like sweet I had 1 cup +enjoy happy cooking thank you
