Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For zarda rice-basmati rice 3 cup
  2. Whole garam masala(cinnamon,cardamom,clove)
  3. Bay leaf 2 no.
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Yellow food colour 1/2 teaspoon
  6. sugar 2 tablespoon
  7. Dry fruits as per needed
  8. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  9. For kababs-minced chicken 500 grams
  10. Onion paste 1 tablespoon
  11. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  12. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  14. Egg 1 no.
  15. Poppy seed paste 1 teaspoon
  16. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  17. Kabab masala 2 teaspoon
  18. Kasouri methi 1 tablespoon
  19. Ghee 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For zarda rice-soak the rice in water for minimum 1 hour.Drain the water.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.Add bay leaf whole & garam masala to it.
  3. Add rice & fry a little.
  4. Add water,yellow food colour,salt.Mix it & cover with lid.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes in a low flame.
  6. Add sugar & dry fruits.
  7. For kababs-mix all the ingredients and make kababs in different shapes.
  8. Grill in microwave for 10 minutes.
  9. Brush ghee and again grill for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.
