Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 betel leaves ( paan leaves)
  2. 2 tablespoons of gulkand(rosepetal jam)
  3. 12 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
  4. green food color few drops
  5. 3 tablespoons of whipped cream
  6. 1 cup of chilled milk
  7. 1 teaspoon of sugar optional
  8. for the golgappas:--need some readymade golgappas
  9. Melted chocolate
  10. some readymade moutfreshner saunf mixture

Instructions

  1. for paan shorts:-in a mixer jar add betel leaves, gulkand,saunf and sugar
  2. grind all things into smooth paste
  3. now add whipped cream and chilled milk in it
  4. grind all till well combined
  5. add food color mix well
  6. strain the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator till the time of serving
  7. now for chocolate golgappas :-
  8. melt some chocolate in double boiler
  9. cool it
  10. take readymade gol gappa and dip into the chocolate sauce
  11. coat it well
  12. take a plate perpare all golgappas and keep these in refrigerator for some time
  13. now take short glasses
  14. pour the paan puree on these glasses
  15. set golgappas on the top of the glasses
  16. garnish with saunf mukhvas
