Ingredients to make Spinach Cabbage kabab

  • spinach chopped and blanched 1 cup
  • cabbage chopped and blanched 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Boil potato 1 medium
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • ginger crush 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 4 chopped
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Spinach Cabbage kabab

  1. Peel potato and mash it.
  2. Add all things, except oil and mix properly.
  3. Take small portion of mixture and make shape of kabab, make all mixture's kabab.
  4. Heat a nonstick tawa or pan, brush oil and keep 4 kababs at a time.
  5. Keep on medium flame, put oil from sides, when it becomes red from below, turn it and let it fry for more mins.
  6. When kababs become red from both sides, remove from tawa and serve hot with sauce.
