Ingredients to make Calzone

  • 250 gms oats finely grinded 100 gms wheat flour 2 bowl peas boiled 100 gms paneer cut in cubes 1 onion + 3 garlic cloves + 1 inch ginger all finely grinded and make paste 1 spoon garam masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 bowl milk 1 tsp cumin Oil Salt as per taste Corainder leaves chooped

How to make Calzone

  1. Firstly Knead a dough with oats and wheat flour adding salt, with the help of milk. Make a soft dough and keep aside.
  2. Then in kadhai put oil heat it add cumin splutter them, then add paste, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute it for 2 min then add peas and nicely saute it for 2 min, now add paneer and coriander leaves and saute for 1 min. Your filling is ready.
  3. Then take Puri size dough and with the help of rolling pin and board make Puri and in center put fillings and closed it and give shapes like gujiya, make all like these and deep fry it. Your calzone is ready.
