Ingredients to make Poore

  • wheat flour - 2 Cups
  • jaggery - 1 cup crushed
  • oil For Shallow Frying
  • Optional Ingredients: fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits - 2 spoon crushed

How to make Poore

  1. Firstly Take a pan and add plain water to it. Add crushed jaggery to it and let it completely dissolves.
  2. Once the jaggery has completely dissolved in the water, add wheat flour to it and mix well.
  3. Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes. Add Fennel seeds and dry fruits and in non stick pan spread like dosa and swallow fry it.
