Papaya Sabudana Barfi

Ingredients to make Papaya Sabudana Barfi

  • 1 bowl sabudana powder
  • 1 small papaya peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 spoon jaggery
  • 1/2 ltr tonned milk
  • 1 small bowl roasted sesame seeds

How to make Papaya Sabudana Barfi

  1. Firstly you put Jaggery in pan add 1 cup water and boiled it.
  2. Then in heavy vessel pan add milk boiled it.
  3. After that add sabudana and papaya and on sim gas cooked it.
  4. Then add Jaggery and cardamon powder and when both become thick switch off the gas and in greased tray spread it and on top spread sesame seeds and rest it for till half an hour.
  5. After that cut in as per your desire shapes. This sweet dish is ready for serving.
