Bread suji toast

Recipe Ingredients

  • Bread slices 4 pieces
  • 1 bowl hung curd
  • Half cup suji or semolina
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • chopped capsicum
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and keep it for 30 mins
  2. After 30 mins spread the mix over bread slices.
  3. Put oil in a non stick pan
  4. Now put the suji side on the pan for 1 min and then change side for another 1 min.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup
My Tip: Add some dry herbs of your choice for more flavour.
