Ingredients to make Leftover Delight or Rabdi parfait

  • 1 boondi ladoo
  • 1 mawa burfi
  • 1 dodha sweet
  • Whipped cream for garnish or 1/2 cup rabdi

How to make Leftover Delight or Rabdi parfait

  1. Take a short glass, put Mawa burfi in it and slightly press it, now add a dodha sweet and a boondi ladoo in the same way, level it and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkler.
  2. Or you can add rabdi to it and garnish with half gulab jamun. And your rabdi sweet parfait is ready.

My Tip:

We can use any leftover sweets for this dish. Add rabdi to this dish and it will be sweet parfait.

I can garnish with some rabri also. tastes best when it's liquid part will mix with all ur assembled sweets. Just a suggestion :blush: Btw grt idea :smiley:
