Ingredients to make Indian bread(butter kulcha)

  • Refined flour 4 cup
  • cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Kasouri methi 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • yogurt 2 Tbsp
  • Soda bi-carbonate 1/4 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • butter 2 tbsp

How to make Indian bread(butter kulcha)

  1. Take a bowl. Add refined flour, salt, yogurt, soda bi carbonate, sugar, milk, kasouri methi, oil together and kneed a soft dough.
  2. Let it be rest covered with dump cloth for 1 hour.
  3. Make small balls from it.
  4. Pat into 6 inches round shape.
  5. Preheat the oven in 160 degrees.
  6. Place the kulcha in the oven and cook for 10 mins.
  7. Spread butter over it.
  8. Serve with choley masala..
