Ingredients to make Vermicelli agar

  • 5 g agar agar
  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 Cups Milk

How to make Vermicelli agar

  1. Boil agar agar in milk until it gets cooked.
  2. Add condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  3. When the agar gets cooked completely add in the finely broken vermicelli & Boil until done.
  4. Pour in a pan & refrigerate.
  5. Slice & serve.
