CHILLI CHOCOLATE BLACK MAGIC

Ingredients to make CHILLI CHOCOLATE BLACK MAGIC

  • Self rising flour - 11/2 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • Melted chocolate - 150 gm
  • Baking powder - 1teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • chilli chopped - 1 teaspoon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Melted butter - 100 gm

How to make CHILLI CHOCOLATE BLACK MAGIC

  1. Assemble all the dry ingredients in a large bowl one by one, and set aside .
  2. Now assemble all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients whisked for a 3 minutes or till everything is well blended .
  3. The batter should be of a thick dropping consistency .
  4. Grease a round microwave bowl , mine is a 7 cup round Pyrex bowl , pour the batter in this bowl .
  5. Make sure the batter is half filled as there should be room left for the cake to rise . Pick up the bowl and gently tap on the counter to release all the trapped bubbles .
  6. Set the timer to 6 minutes on high power .
  7. Garnish with the Chillies and chocolate sauce or dusting of powder sugar.
  8. Enjoy the BLACK MAGIC WITH HOT Chilli.
