Desi veggie pasta

Ingredients to make Desi veggie pasta

  • 1 cup boil pasta
  • Boil green vegetables
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp red pasta sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3 cheese slices

How to make Desi veggie pasta

  1. In a pan take 2 tbsp of butter.Heat it. Now add mashed garlic cloves in it saute it.
  2. Now add boil vegetables in it. We can take green beans,carrots,cabbage.
  3. Add 2 tbsp water in red pasta sauce
  4. Saute vegetables. Now add red pasta sauce in it. Let it boil.
  5. After a boil add boil pasta in it. Mix it well. Add salt to taste
  6. Sprinkle oregano on pasta. Put cheese slices on hot pasta. Let it melt. Serve pasta hot.

My Tip:

We can add black pepper in pasta to make it spicy.
