Ingredients to make Bread & Walnut Cake

  • Bread slices 12
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • walnut finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

How to make Bread & Walnut Cake

  1. Remove sides of breads
  2. Cut into small squares
  3. Take it in a bowl . Add milk and powdered sugar
  4. Stir very slowly so dat bread gets coated in milk
  5. Add in vanilla essence.. Baking powder and baking soda
  6. At last add walnuts
  7. Mix everything
  8. Take a 7' pan.. grease it and fill it with this mixture
  9. Now cover pan with aluminium foil and make holes in it
  10. Now take a cooker filled with water... put a pan in it... put on medium flame.. pressure cook it for 35 minutes WIth the LID and without Whistle
  11. Chek with sqewer and serve with chilled icecream

My Tip:

It must be cooked without the cooker whistle
