Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500gram murmure
  2. 200gram nylonbhujiya
  3. Wheat crispy puri20pieces
  4. Green chutney of coriander, garlic, groundnut, salt, leamon
  5. Chutney of imli, gud, salt, jeera, redchilly, dhaniya powder
  6. Boil potatoes
  7. chopped onion
  8. Chopped Tomatoes
  9. Wheatflour 150gram
  10. oil
  11. Salt, chilly, haldi, pepperpowder

Instructions

  1. Make tight dough with wheatflour, oil, salt, chilly, haldi, pepper. Make round puri, mark cuts with knife and deep fry until it turned light pink. On medium gas.
  2. Saute murmure in little oil, hing, salt, mirchi and haldi
  3. Mix nylons every, puri pieces and murmure. Mix boil smash potatoes green, meethi chutney of imli. Add chopped onion and tomatoes serve yummy bhel puri
