Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  3. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  6. Salt per taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Steam the wheat flour in a cooker by keeping it in potli bag kept in a covered container and put a stand and put little water in the cooker for 10 -15 minutes.
  2. Steam in a cooker without wistle.after 10-15 minutes let it cool .mixwith hand .crush all the lumps.and sieve it by using siever.
  3. Crush the garlic ginger in little water and microwave it for a minute and prepare dough hard like poori with its help.
  4. Add redchilli powder turmeruc seasame seeds and salt in it.
  5. Prepare chakli in chakli maker and fry in oil in high flame .
  6. U can add green chilli paste too.ihave ommited as i have made for kids.
