Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg spinach
  2. 200 gram indian cottage cheese
  3. 12 slices of Sandwich bread
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 tsp White pepper
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop spinach
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan add spinach, cook on high flame till dry.
  3. Let it cool then add salt, white pepper, black pepper and mashed indian cottage cheese.
  4. Spread over the bread top with other slices and press firmly together.
  5. Grill the sandwich and serve hot with tomato sauce.
