Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For marination:
  2. Hung curd 2 tsp
  3. Oil 3 tsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Paneer cubes, capsicum and onion 1 1/2 cup
  8. For batter:
  9. Maida 1 cup
  10. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  11. Baking powder 1 tsp
  12. Water as required
  13. Butter 2 tsp
  14. Buttermilk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Put curd. Add all items listed in marination column. Mix thoroughly. Put for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl. Take maids. Add butter. Rub. Now make a well in the maids. Put soda n baking powder. Add little water. Rest for 5 minutes. Now add marinated item in maida.
  3. Add buttermilk to make a smooth thick batter of cake consistency.
  4. Preheat microwave at 200 degree. Put batter in cup cake moulds. Bake for 25 minutes or till it cooks completely.
