Ingredients to make Paneer Shashlik Muffins

  • For marination:
  • Hung curd 2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Paneer cubes, capsicum and onion 1 1/2 cup
  • For batter:
  • maida 1 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • butter 2 tsp
  • buttermilk 1/2 cup

How to make Paneer Shashlik Muffins

  1. 1) Take a bowl. Put curd. Add all items listed in marination column. Mix thoroughly. Put for 15 minutes.
  2. 2) Take a bowl. Take maids. Add butter. Rub. Now make a well in the maids. Put soda n baking powder. Add little water. Rest for 5 minutes. Now add marinated item in maida.
  3. 3) Add buttermilk to make a smooth thick batter of cake consistency.
  4. 4) Preheat microwave at 200 degree. Put batter in cup cake moulds. Bake for 25 minutes or till it cooks completely.
