White Chicken Pasta

Ingredients to make White Chicken Pasta

  • One chicken breast
  • 250 gram blanched spinach
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500no milk
  • 100 gram processed cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • salt as per taste

How to make White Chicken Pasta

  1. Cut chicken breast in 1 inch pieces
  2. Prepare garlic paste with fresh garlic cloves
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, shallow fry chicken breast on high flame for 5 min.
  4. In a separate pan heat 1 tbsp oil add garlic paste fry for a minute on medium flame now add all purpose flour and fry for one more min
  5. Add milk and let it boil for 10 minutes
  6. Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and blanched spinach let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
  7. Add grated cheese and children to the gravy and cook for 5 more minutes
  8. Serve hot with jeera rice.

My Tip:

Always use fresh garlic paste.
