  • KHOYA FILLING :-(AS PER TASTE) KHOYA 1/2 CUP (GRATED)
  • 2 TSP CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 TSP almonds SLICED(ROASTED)
  • A PINCH cinnamon ,
  • kesar FEW PISTA & SILVER BALLS
  • GARNISHING:-SILVER LEAVES, PISTA, kesar

How to make SHAHI GAJAR TUKDA

  1. HEAT CARROT SUGAR TOGETHER IN NON STICK PAN FOR 2-5 MINS AND STIR CONTINOUSLY
  2. THEN ADD MAIDA AND MAKE DOUGH
  3. MAKE THIN LAYER FROM DOUGH AND BAKE IT FOR 5-10 MINS AT TEMP180c
  4. CUT LAYER IN SMALL SQUARES
  5. MIX ALL FILLING ITEM TOGETHER
  6. TAKE A SQUARE DIP IN SUGAR SYRUP SPREAD THE FILLING MIXTURE THEN KEEP 1 SQUARE ON TOP LIKE SANDWICH
  7. GARNISH WITH SILVER LEAVES, PISTA, KESAR

MORE FILLING METHODS INSTEAD OF KHOYA USE 1 PANEER 2 GULKAND 3 ANY GRATED KATLI 4 CAKE 5 DRY FRUIT MIXTURE
