Ingredients to make Yoghurt Chilli dip/Chutney

  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tablespoon fresh green corainder leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 4-5 mint leaves

How to make Yoghurt Chilli dip/Chutney

  1. Strain the curd for about 5 minutes only.
  2. Pulse everything except the curd together till smooth paste.
  3. Add curd and pulse for 2-3 seconds.
  4. Adjust seasonings as per personal preference.
  5. The easiest no-cook dip is ready.
