Jello Boats

Ingredients to make Jello Boats

  • Foster Clark's brand of jelly crystals 2 packs.
  • You can pick any of your favourite one
  • I used raspberry flavoured jelly here.
  • Hot boiling water 100 ml
  • Orange peel as seen in the pic.
  • Thin cucumber slices

How to make Jello Boats

  1. Boil the water and add it to the contents of the packet
  2. Mix it well and pour in the orange bowls as shown in the pic.
  3. Allow to set for 2 hours in the fridge.
  4. It sets faster if the climate is cold.
  5. Cut each bowl into two and decorate them with a thin slice of cucumber on a toothpick using it as a sail.
  6. Yummy jello boats are ready to be devoured.

My Tip:

Do not follow the package instructions. Add only boiling water and that too as mentioned. Otherwise the jelly will not set.
