Ingredients to make Healthy fruit cooler

  • Fresh curd 1 big bowl
  • jaggery 3 tbsp crushed
  • honey 1 spoonful
  • Orange 1 peeled
  • apple 1
  • pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 2 spoonful
  • Chocolate sauce 2 spoon
  • cashew 4 to 5
  • almond 4 to 5

How to make Healthy fruit cooler

  1. Keep curd in a cotton cloth and hang it for 5 minutes. Excess water will be remove from this process. Don't remove water completely.
  2. Add jaggery and honey in curd, whisk properly till it looks pale. Keep aside.
  3. Dry roast cashews and almonds for 1 minute, let it cool. Crush it in a grinding jar. Keep aside.
  4. Peel apple and crush it. Remove oranges seeds.
  5. Take a glass, put a layer of crush apple, then 1 tbsp curd, then orange, then curd layer followed by pomegranate. Lastly add whole curd.
  6. Lastly Garnish with milk powder, chocolate sauce and roasted nuts. Freeze it for 20 to 30 minuts. Serve chilled.
