  • Suger-1/2 cup
  • lime juice-2 tblsp
  • 4 large ripe mango diced.

  • Milk-500 gm
  • Suger-90 gm
  • Cold water-1 cup
  • Cornstarch-40 gm
  • Whipped cream /Thick cream 1/2cup
  • Rose water-2 tblsp
  • cardamom pods 3/4 crushed
  • Pisachio crush.

How to make Mahalabia with mango duration compote

  1. 1st recipi.....Mango compote
  2. In a small saucepan combine the mango suger lemon juice with 1/2 cup of water
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat Lower the heat and summer until the fruit is softened & the liquid thickened about 15 min let cool.....
  4. 2 nd recipi is (Mahalabia)
  5. Combine milk and suger together in a saucepan being to a boil
  6. Whisk water and cornstarch together in a bowl until smooth stir into boiling milk
  7. Cook milk mixure over medium heat until thickened to the consistency of cake batter 15 to 20 min
  8. Remove saucepan from heat and stir cream rise water and CARDAMOM into milk mixture..
  9. Crushed pistachio on top
  10. Note (Mango compote glass ke Base m jayega then upar mahalabia kee recipi
  11. Chilled Surve in martini glass....
