Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup fresh Chenna (boil 1 ltr milk and squeezed lemon in it when milk curdle strain it and put water into Chenna and wash it )
  2. 2 tbsp oats roasted and finely grinded
  3. 1/2 cup Mawa roasted
  4. 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  5. 2 tsp Raisins
  6. 2-3 tbsp Melted Ghee

Instructions

  1. Firstky Mix the chhena and oats in a bowl. Now, mix the mawa, cardamom powder and raisins in another bowl. After this, add the chhena mixture, ghee and sugar in the mixture of mawa.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the pan, mix sugar and water in it to prepare caramel. Next, take a mould, put the caramel in the base, sprinkle cardamom powder on it.
  3. After this, fill the mould with prepared mixture. Now, bake it in oven at 360 Fahrenheit for 1 hour. But everybody oven or microwave is different, so follow your rules. Garnish the chhena poda with chocolate syrup. Your Chhena Poda are ready.
