Ingredients to make bharkharvadi

  • for covering:-
  • 400 gm besan flour
  • 100 gm wheat flour
  • salt, red chilli, turmeric & oil as per requirement.
  • For filling:-
  • 200 gm besan flour
  • 100 gm besan sev
  • 25 gm dry coconut
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp khuskhus
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp dhana jiru
  • salt, chilli, sugar, & amchur
  • for chutney:-
  • 50 gm Singh
  • 10 pieces garlic
  • 1 tbsp chilli
  • salt & sugar and crush it n make chutney.
  • during crushing it pour water in to it.

How to make bharkharvadi

  1. First prepare besan flour & wheat flour dove strong & put some salt & turmeric & oil in to it. Besan flour put salt, chilli & oil and make the paste. Then fry the bhajiya. And as and when the bhajiya cools down stir the sugar in to it &
  2. The besan sev in to it. Then crush the dry coconut n mix it in the mixture. Then mix the cooked tal,khuskhus,salt,garam masala,dhan jiru,sugar& amchur in to it. Now spread the thin layer of the dove n spread this filling in to it n roll
  3. it n cut it press it n fry it.
