  1. 1.Take half litre packet milk boil . 2.off stove .half lemon ka juice dale milk main.pani n chena alag ho jayega ab chenne ko muslin cloth pe lekar 3times wash karlepura pani nikal jayega acha press kare 3.ek thali mai lekar acha fete.soft hoga tab choti goli banaye hathse press kare rasmalai ka shape demaine cham cham ka oval shape diya hai.. 4.ab ek cooker main four cup pani n two cup sugar dale.boil hone ke baad cooker main ek ek karke dale. cooker close karke 1whistle le n five min slow pe pakaye. cool hone de 5.syrup thanda honeper rose essence dale rasmalai ready hai...malai banane ke liye thick bottom pan main half litre milk dale.boil kare thick hoga tabtak.add milkmaid or mava for thickness. add little sugar. 6.kesar elaichi dry fruit dale chill ab rasmalai isme dale sugar chasni nahi dalni hai no added colour 7. yummy rasmalai chamcham ready to serve...
