Spicy dhaniya chutney

Ingredients to make Spicy dhaniya chutney

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
  • green chillies 7-8
  • garlic 8-10
  • ginger 1/2 inch of piece
  • cumin seed 1tea spoon
  • sugar 1 tea spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Dry mango powder 3 tea spoon
  • water 2 table spoon

How to make Spicy dhaniya chutney

  1. Wash coriander leaves,garlic,green chillies and ginger and keep in the mixer jar
  2. Add salt,sugar,cumin seed and mango powder and water and grind it well
  3. Spicy green chutney is ready.

My Tip:

We can use dhaniya chutney for 3-4 days by storing it in the freeze.Take out the chutney only that much out of the freeze which you can use for 1 time.By this it tastes will remain same.
