  • 1/4 th cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Half of banana mashed
  • Quater of an apple chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
