Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. refined flour 2 tsp
  3. chickpeas flour / besan 3 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Onion 2 large
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Capsicum 1
  8. spring onion 2 optional
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  10. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. coriander powder 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  14. Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp
  15. Whole Cumin seeds
  16. Tomato sauce 2 TSP
  17. Oil 3 tsp
  18. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Mix flour and besan , chilli powder , salt
  3. Also mix ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  4. Add little water
  5. Add blanched paneer
  6. Coat them well with the mixture
  7. Keep aside for 20 mins
  8. Now cut capsicum , spring onion , tomato
  9. Heat oil in a pan
  10. Shallow Fry marinated paneer in 3_4 batches both sides
  11. Keep aside
  12. Again heat oil in the same pan
  13. Add whole jeera seeds
  14. Add slices of onions
  15. Fry until translucent
  16. Add turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder fry for 4_5 mins
  17. Now add tomato pieces
  18. Add salt , chilli powder , tomato sauce
  19. Cover and cook for 4_5 mins
  20. Add capsicum slices and kasuri methi
  21. Cook for 2_3 mins
  22. Now add fried paneer pieces
  23. Also add 2_3 tbsp water
  24. Cook for 2_3 mins
  25. Add garam masala
