Ingredients to make Palak pakora chat

  • For pakora
  • Fresh medium size spinach leaf
  • gram flour 100 gm
  • Salt, turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon,black pepper 1/4 teaspoon,pinch of garam masala,oil to fry, salt and chilli powder as per taste
  • For chat
  • Chole masale
  • Boiled and cut into cube size potato
  • Fresh curd
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato with seed should b removed
  • Sweet tamarind chatni
  • Green cilantro chatni
  • Chat masala roasted cumin powder

How to make Palak pakora chat

  1. For spinach pakora 1. Mix gram flour ,salt and all masala(spices) and then add water to make a thin batter 2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan , dip each spinach leaf in the batter and deep fry till crispy and golden 3. Drain and keep on an absorbent paper
  2. For serving chat 1. Keep half palak pakora for decoration and crush lightly half of the spinach pakora 2. In a serving plate first put boiled and cube size cut potato and add some curd over it 3. Then drizzle both chatni and sprinkle chat masala and roasted cumin powder 4. Now add some crushed palak pakora then add chole masala and curd over it 5. Now add all remaining crushed pakora , onion, tomato, chatni , masala 6. Lastly sprinkle sev and mix gently and serve immediately
