Ingredients to make Milk Powder Pistachios Burfi

  • 11/4cup milk powder
  • 1cup pistachios
  • 1cup sugar
  • Water for soaking sugar
  • 1tso cardamom powder
  • Milk approximately 3tbsp

How to make Milk Powder Pistachios Burfi

  1. Make dough of milk powder using little milk.
  2. Keep it in fridge for 2hrs
  3. Now add 1spoon ghee in a pan
  4. Add milk powder grated in the pan in a low flame. Also add grinded pistachios in the pan n mix well. Stir the mixture
  5. In another pan boil sugar in water. Make 1string consistency sugar syrup
  6. Now add the ready chasni(sugar syrup) in the Roasted milk powder n pistachio mixture
  7. Stir it till thick consistency n leaves the sides of the pan.
  8. Transfer it in a greased Thali
  9. Sprinkle cardamom powder n cool the Burfi. Cut into desired pieces n serve ur yummy Burfi
