Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Puffed rice - 2 cups
  2. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  3. Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves - 2 stems chopped
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut, onion, chilli powder, coconut oil and salt.
  2. Add puffed rice, lemon juice and coriander. Mix and serve immediately.
