Ingredients to make Steamed bread rolls

  • White bread/brown bread 8/10 slice
  • 1red capsicum,1 green capsicum cut in length wise
  • 1 carrot cut in long strips
  • spring onions 1bowl
  • 5/6 boiled, grated potatoes
  • red chilly powder 2 tbsp as per taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Corriender powder,cumin powder both 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • besan 1 cup
  • oil 1tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Aajma seeds 1/2 tsp
  • 4 green chilly slit length wise
  • Schezwan sauce1tbsp
  • Tomatoe sauce 1tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • ginger ,garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Chaat masala as per taste
  • Cheese for garnish

How to make Steamed bread rolls

  1. First grate boiled potatoes add ted chilly,coriander powder, garam masala,salt and fresh coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Take bread slice cut all corners & then thin slice with rolling pin then add potatoes masala very thin layer and apply at one corner with water and roll them make all slice with same way
  3. Make medium consistency batter of besan with red chilly powder,coriander powder,salt ajma coriander leaves deep all rolls in it and keep on a greased thali and steam them for 10 mins
  4. When it cools down remove them and cut in round rings ,later put a wok add oil to it as soon as it heats put mustard seeds,green chilly slit one then add all veg add salt and cook for 4/5 mins then add schezwan sauce,tomatoes sauce,chaat masala,pepper powder and then put steamed bread rings and saute for while and your steamed bread rolls are ready ,for garnish add coriander leaves and grate chesse
