Ingredients to make Suji square delight

  • Suji 2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Beetroot puree 3 tsp
  • spinach puree 3 tsp
  • water as required
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Rai 1 tsp

How to make Suji square delight

  1. Take microwaveable bowl. Add oil . put rai. Cook for 2 min in microwave.
  2. Add suji . roast on high micro for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt , curd n water. Keep it for 10 minutes so that suji is completely soaked. The final batter should be of cake consistency.
  4. Divide the batter in 3 parts. In one add beetroot puree. In second add spinach puree. Third should be as it is.
  5. Take silicon mould. Pour pink batter. Micro on high for 2 minutes. Pour white batter on it. Again micro on high for 2 minutes. Now add green batter. Micro for 3 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.

My Tip:

Batter should be thick. Water should be added as required
