Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/4 Cup Oats
  2. 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  3. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  4. 1/4 cup chopped cashewnuts
  5. 1/4 cup raisins
  6. 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  7. 3/4 cup sugar
  8. 1/2 cup Milk
  9. 2 tbsp honey
  10. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats in a pan for 2 minutes.take out in a bowl and add all the nuts and raisins and coconut to it.keep aside
  2. In a pan on gas, make butterscotch sauce for binding the ladoos
  3. Add sugar to the pan with some water and let it caramalise on low flame.when it does, add butter and mix well.then add milk slowly and let it incorporate in the sauce.
  4. Add the sauce to the dry mix and add honey.mix well
  5. Shape into ladoos when mix is a little warm and you can handle it,otherwise it crystallises soon.
  6. Roll the ladoos in dessicated coconut.
