Ingredients to make Corn Kababs..:blush::blush: my idea.

  • corn either frozen or raw about 2
  • Black pepper as required.
  • Mozzarella cheese 5 to 6 tbsp
  • butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • onion 1 cut into big pieces
  • capsicum 1 also cut into big pieces
  • salt to taste

How to make Corn Kababs..:blush::blush: my idea.

  1. Boil the corn adding salt and keep aside
  2. Cut each corn into 3 to 4 pieces
  3. Spread butter on them
  4. Arrange them on the skewers in any fashion you like.
  5. Bake them in a preheated oven on 200° for 25 to 30 mins.
  6. After 25 mins, remove them and top them generously with the cheese and bake them for 3 to 4 mins more.
  7. Serve them hot sprinkled with black pepper.

My Tip:

If you are using frozen ones, boil them for 15 mins and then bake. I used raw variety here so it took me almost 30 mins to boil.
