2 minute - Wheat Sweet

Ingredients to make 2 minute - Wheat Sweet

  • Organic Wheat flour - 1 cup,
  • Sugar powder - 1 cup,
  • Clarified butter/Ghee - 1/2 cup.

How to make 2 minute - Wheat Sweet

  1. Heat a heavy bottom pan and roast the wheat flour over medium to high flame for two minutes till the flour turns into light brown. Keep stirring to prevent burning.
  2. In the meanwhile , slightly heat the ghee in a pan.
  3. Now, run the roasted wheat flour and the sugar powder in a mixer till it blends well. Note that the powder is as smooth as possible.
  4. Transfer this into a plate. Pour the warm ghee little by little onto the smooth powder. Mix this well. And make small ladoos out of it.
  5. The wheat sweet is ready to be served. These can be stored in an airtight container for a week or ten days.
