Ingredients to make Kaiser sweet (Diwali special)

  • mawa 250 gms
  • sugar powder 100 gms
  • cashew nut paste 50 gms
  • Broken nut 50 gms
  • Yellow food colour
  • Green food colour
  • Kaiser soaked in milk
  • Silver foil

How to make Kaiser sweet (Diwali special)

  1. Take a frying pan heat and add masala stir continuously with low flame. Now add sugar and cashew nut paste
  2. Mix well and stir continuously. Add soaked Kaiser, it will become a soft dough
  3. Now make the dough two part. Take a flat tray brush with ghee.
  4. One part of the dough mixed with yellow food colour and broken nuts.
  5. Another part add with green food colour and make two parts
  6. One green part spread on the tray and set for ten minutes. Then add yellow part set for five minutes.
  7. At last add remaining green part and cover with silver foil.
  8. Set for twenty minutes and cut as you like

My Tip:

Both colour should be separate
