Custard Powder Halwa

Ingredients to make Custard Powder Halwa

  • Vanilla custard powder 1 cup
  • sugar 2.5 cup
  • water 4 cups
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • cashew pieces 2 tbsp
  • cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Custard Powder Halwa

  1. Take a thick bottom pan and mix in the custard powder and sugar with water. No lumps should be formed.
  2. Keep it to cook on a medium flame, then keep stirring it continuously.
  3. After a while, it will turn translucent, then add ghee, cashew pieces and cardamom powder.
  4. Grease a plate with a little ghee and keep it ready.
  5. After a while, it will start leaving the sides. Pour this into the greased plate and cut it into desired shapes.

My Tip:

The custard powder should be of good quality. I used brown and polson. You can use other dry fruits as well. Cinnamon powder can be used instead of Cardamom powder.
